At this point in time, we only accept returns for faulty products. If you think you've received a faulty product, please contact us!

Unfortunately, at this point in time, we only offer Australia wide shipping. Check back soon, as we are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities.

For all orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of $14.95. This, alongside any relevant taxes will be added during checkout.

For orders over $150, we offer complimentary free shipping!

At this point in time we do not offer express shipping. If you urgently need some products quickly, please get into contact with us and we can discuss some options.

We currently only accept order cancellations if your order has not been processed. Please get into contact with us as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel your order.
